6. You will be paid on an agreed commission basis through a contract with Libanz wherein the commission amount can vary on the basis of DTH operators, location, number of sales, customers connected, government obligations etc.
7. In case of any amendment in rules, procedures and policies of any DTH Operator, Libanz may change Commission amount/ percentage with prior intimation to you.
8. Libanz reserves the right to change any rule, regulation, procedure and policy, if required, from time to time.
9. All disputes, if may arise, are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
